Spring is here and that means warmer weather and also, Summer is around the corner!
What can EMS do for you?
EMS training is a full-body strength workout that doesn’t just target one specific muscle group. During EMS training, up to 90% of your muscles are activated simultaneously! These muscle contractions are more intense than a voluntary effort would achieve.
Compared with conventional weight training, EMS training activates deeper muscle groups, which leads to better balance amongst the muscles in your body and increased core stability.
The Miha Bodytec device is able to stimulate multiple muscle groups at the same time, allowing for repeated activation of your whole body within each 20-minute session.
You’ll always do your EMS training under the guidance of a qualified personal trainer, me, Courtney, owner and trainer at cfit, activating your muscles through eight channels on the EMS device (such as lower back, stomach, biceps and glutes), according to your personal goals and needs.
